By using findMyTrainer, you agree to these terms. findMyTrainer is a marketplace platform that connects fitness trainers with clients. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the training agreement between trainers and clients.

Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Trainer Responsibilities

Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, and availability. Trainers must hold appropriate certifications and insurance as required by Bulgarian law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for attending booked sessions on time and communicating any cancellations in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

findMyTrainer is not responsible for injuries, damages, or disputes arising from training sessions arranged through the platform. Use of the platform and any training activities are at your own risk.
